Mathematics

With a keen focus on improving the numeracy at all year levels our department continues to work with students in developing their reasoning of number and other mathematical concepts.

The Mathematics Department runs courses from Year 9 through to Year 13. It is compulsary to take Mathematics in Years 9, 10 and 11. The Secondary Numeracy Project was introduced into the school in 2006 with students being assessed in their numerical knowledge and strategies at various stages.
