Even though academic results are only one indicator of success, as a kura, they are still important to us.

At Whanganui City College, we are proud of the mahi that has been carried out in partnership between our students, whānau, iwi and staff. The development of a place-based, inquiry style curriculum has increased its relevance and accessibility to many students. In turn, our results reflect the fact that more students are setting and achieving high academic goals. Coloured text to balance the two coloured boxes.
